Gokusen SP

If you are J-dorama addict you won't forget to watch GOKUSEN". At the beginning I have no interest to watch this drama since it's my daughter who likes to watch it. But then when I didn't have nothing to watch I borrow Gokusen anime from my daughter collection. 

Gokusen is about Yamaguchi Kumiko (Nakama Yukie) , a female teacher in male school. Worst thing she has to teach class 3D, and she teaches Math. Enough to make her become a "boring" teacher. Class 3 D is also not a usual class, it's the worst class ever. The students don't have any interest to study, they fight everyday, wear sloppy uniform and they color their hair as they like.

Among the students in 3D there is a lazy bright Sawada Shin (Matsumoto Jun) who takes a special interest with Yamaguchi Kumiko. He has sharp eyes that she is not a usual female teacher. Yamaguchi Kumiko actualy is the 4th generation heir to the Ooedo Group, a notorious yakuza clan. Even though her family would like her to take the title of Ojou when her grandfather dies, they have accepted the fact that Yamaguchi would rather be a teacher. Eventually, the students learn to respect their quirky teacher because of her devotion to them, and even give her a nickname: Yankumi. 

 

Actually there are a lot of differences between the drama and the manga. In the manga Shinohara Tomoya is a lawyer and he works for the Ooedo Group as a gratitude. Kumoko has crush long on him. But in the drama Shinohara is police officer. In the manga Sawada Shin always tries to save Kumiko but at the end it's Kumiko who always helps him. At the end of the series Sawada admits that he loves his teacher. (ha...ha...ha).

The ending of the story is still hanging, honestly I am waiting for the SP where Kumiko and Shin end up together. Bun until Gokusen III, Shin never come back on the scene. Luckily, I go through mangafox , and found out in Gokusen SP that they do really end up together, yaaaay!!! I am so happy.

I hope that Gokusen Sp will be live in action, Matsumoto Jun will come back and full grow up, of course; become Sawada Shin again and marries Yankumi !!! I love it since they really look good together !
